Bank Directors Institute ™
May 18-19, 2018 | Duke Law School
Banking organizations operate in a constantly evolving competitive landscape. Changes to regulation, cyber threats, emerging financial technology, and rising interest rates all present challenges, as well as opportunities, for regional and large community banks. In addition, lapses in corporate governance at large banks continue to erode consumers’ trust in legacy financial institutions and harm franchise value.
Guiding a regional or large community bank through such turbulence can feel like a daunting task for directors and senior executives. By hearing from renowned experts on critical banking topics, this program will equip attendees with the knowledge and perspective necessary to address the most pressing issues facing regional and community banks today. This program is ideal for Chairmen, Presidents/CEOs, Directors, Senior Officers, Advisors, Counsel, Consultants, and Corporate Secretaries.
The program is hosted by the Global Financial Markets Center at Duke Law in collaboration with the American Association of Bank Directors.
